Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid reporting engagements with Laurel Path Analytics Co., Ltd.: call center dashboard design, SLA reporting setup, agent performance analytics reviews, and monthly performance briefings.

2. Deposits

Dashboard design and SLA setup engagements require a deposit before work begins (40–50% depending on engagement type). Deposits are non-refundable once discovery sessions have been conducted and wireframes or report structures have been delivered.

3. Cancellation by client

Before work begins

If you cancel before the scheduled discovery session, the deposit is refunded minus a ₩150,000 administrative fee.

After discovery, before build

If you cancel after discovery but before build or staging begins, 50% of the deposit is refunded. The remainder covers discovery time and wireframe preparation.

After build begins

No refund is available once build or report configuration has started. Milestone payments already made for completed stages are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by Laurel Path

If we cancel an engagement due to capacity constraints or inability to access required client data systems, all unused fees are refunded in full within fourteen business days.

5. Monthly briefing retainer

Monthly performance briefing retainers require three months minimum commitment. After the minimum period, either party may cancel with thirty days written notice. The current month's fee is non-refundable once the briefing for that month has been delivered.

6. Rescheduling

On-site discovery and handover sessions may be rescheduled once without fee if notice is given at least five business days in advance. Subsequent reschedules or cancellations within five business days incur a ₩280,000 rescheduling fee to cover travel and staff allocation.

7. No-shows

Client no-shows for scheduled discovery or handover sessions without prior notice are treated as completed sessions. No refund or credit is issued for the missed session.

8. Work already delivered

Partial deliverables — wireframes, staging dashboards, draft reports, or briefing PDFs — are not eligible for refund regardless of cancellation timing. Client receives copies of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

9. Revision rounds

Included revision rounds (two for dashboard design) are part of the engagement fee and are not refundable separately. Additional paid revision rounds are non-refundable once the revision work has begun.

10. Warranty period

Dashboard engagements include a thirty-day post-go-live warranty for threshold adjustments and tooltip text changes. This warranty is not a refund mechanism — it covers minor configuration updates only.

11. Refund process

Submit refund requests to info@filelaurelpath.click with your engagement reference number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional three to five business days depending on your institution.

12. Exceptions

Force majeure events — natural disasters, government restrictions, or telecommunications outages affecting data access — may warrant timeline extensions rather than refunds. Each case is reviewed individually.
