Min-jun Park
Former call center floor supervisor. Leads dashboard design engagements and client discovery sessions.
A reporting practice focused on call center performance and service-level dashboards — founded in Mokpo to serve contact center operations across southern Korea and nationwide.
Laurel Path Analytics Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 at our Mokpo office. We work exclusively on call center performance reporting — supervisor dashboards, SLA interval reports, and executive briefings for contact center directors and BPO operations teams.
Our registered address is Choi Jaeho, 24 Mokpo-ro, Mokpo-si, Jeollanam-do 58700, REP. OF KOREA.
Founder Min-jun Park spent eight years as a floor supervisor at a Jeollanam-do mutual aid call center before opening Laurel Path. The practice began when two regional BPO clients asked for help reconciling ACD exports with the SLA reports they sent to end clients — the numbers never matched because interval definitions differed.
Today our team of four includes two reporting specialists, one QA analyst, and an operations coordinator. We take on four to six dashboard engagements per quarter and maintain monthly briefing retainers for three long-term clients.
We sit with supervisors before drawing anything. Wireframes reference your actual queue names, shift codes, and SLA policy language — not generic labels. Every color threshold ties back to a signed document or internal policy, never an industry default pulled from a template.
Handover includes a live walkthrough at shift change, not just a PDF manual. We stay available for thirty days after go-live for threshold adjustments and tooltip revisions based on floor feedback.
