- Queue count and grouping. A single inbound queue with three supervisor views costs less than eight queue groups with blended inbound/outbound panels.
- Data source integration. Direct ACD API feeds vs manual CSV imports change build time significantly.
- On-site days. Discovery and handover sessions in Mokpo are included; travel to Seoul or Busan adds per-diem and transit.
- Revision rounds. Dashboard design includes two revision cycles. Additional rounds are billed at ₩380,000 each.
- Historical depth. Reports requiring more than ninety days of migrated history incur a data preparation fee quoted separately.
Payment terms
Dashboard design engagements: 40% deposit on signed scope, 40% at staging approval, 20% at go-live. Monthly briefings: invoiced on the first business day of each month, NET-15. SLA setup and performance reviews: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery of final report.
